Microwaves + plastic = oil?

Don't look at me, folks, I didn't dream this up. Oil? From plastic? Fantastic! There only happens to be a vortex of plastic the size of Texas in the North Pacific that I'm sure Exxon would be happy to harvest and convert into useful fuel.
