Portable uranium hydride reactors may be rolled out soon as a power option for military, industrial, commercial, and even residential use. Anti-nuclear activists remain unimpressed by the claims of its would-be manufacturer, Hyperion. With the energy crunch getting worse, we may actually see these things deployed.
