Solar Power from Pavement

It can't possibly be efficient, but it is interesting nevertheless: a company in the Netherlands has found a way to harness heated pavement for solar power applications. Interesting, and potentially useful as a way to pay for road construction projects, but it won't fulfill even a small fraction of our power needs.
